Residential Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for residential properties.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the residential sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and collateral.
• Organize and coordinate events and open houses to promote residential listings.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
