As a Residential HVAC Service Technician you are responsible for identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing issues pertaining to Bell's customers? HVAC and boiler systems.. Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of HVAC and boiler experience
• EPA Type 2 or Universal
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to test and repair boilers by operating the system
• Successfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems? ? ? ?
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors, ductless mini-splits and hydronic boilers
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills ? ? ? ? ?
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
