Research and Content Analyst

W Health has set up India's first healthcare- focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 15 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD.

Role Overview:
At 2070Health, we are building a high-quality, engaged, healthcare-focused Content and Community Team as part of the Studio to accelerate knowledge sharing in healthcare and foster collaboration between diverse stakeholders and accelerate transformation. We are currently hiring an Analyst to join our team and help us expand the healthcare innovation ecosystem by producing high quality content through in depth research.
Responsibilties:

1. Content Generation:
1. Lead the research for periodical content (articles, newsletter, posts, and op-eds) to bring out insights backed by trusted data sources
2. Identify and develop a strong perspective on evolving healthcare trends, Indian & global market landscape, and investments
3. Collaborate with design, marketing and production teams on scripting and production of podcasts/videos and other GTM content
4. Reach out to experts and industry leaders to source primary insights for content development
2. Community Management:
1. Develop a GTM plan for setting-up a healthcare community and expand the reach of the community
2. Create and maintain a detailed plan for consistent engagement for Slack/WhatsApp communities, ensuring regular discussions
3. Share latest developments in healthcare and valuable insights based on data from credible sources to build an interactive community
3. Event Planning & Execution:
1. Support in organizing national and regional healthcare events, to engage stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem
2. Collaborate with event organization and management teams incl. logistics, design, PR
4. Educational Course Development:
1. Support with research to develop content for healthcare-specific courses
2. Ideate on what kind of courses we should develop and how to monetize them effectively

Requirements

We're seeking an entrepreneurial candidate with 2-4 years of experience in healthcare investment banking/consulting or healthcare focused business research . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of leading initiatives independently, with:

• Strong business acumen and the ability to turn research into compelling content.
• Excellent communication skills to build and engage communities.
• Passion for community-building , especially in healthcare or related fields.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable , with a talent for fostering collaboration and innovation.
