• Create proactive, multi-year tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses
• Work across S-corps, partnerships, and C-corps ? structuring, strategizing, and advising, not just complying
• Build deep, trusted relationships with sophisticated clients who value your insight
• Manage and mentor tax associates, raising the level of everyone around you
• Leverage the latest and greatest in tax technology ? you need to be genuinely tech-savvy and always sharpening the toolset

• CPA or EA ?
• 4+ years of tax experience, with real depth in planning and entity work
• Exceptionally organized, with relentless attention to detail
• Articulate and polished, you communicate with clarity and command, in writing and in the room
• A natural leader who can manage people and own outcomes
• Energized by a small, high-caliber environment where your work is visible and your standards matter
