Remodel Technician

Ideal candidate will perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs as part of constructing, remodeling, maintaining, repairing, or modifying buildings and facilities throughout Peak's portfolio. MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO WORK SITES OUTSIDE OF THE DETROIT METRO AREA ON A WEEKLY BASIS. Occasional overnight stays per job/project.
