Job Description

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Release and Deployment Management (RDM) Manager to be responsible for supporting:

Scheduling baseline and emergency releases
Managing deployment to sites
Providing notifications of upcoming releases
Providing training documentation for baseline deployments - establish back-out criteria for the ITSM System
Supports procurement of IT assets when requested.
Supports the tagging and tracking of all IT assets and supports the location and identification of their owners.
Receives IT assets, when requested, and ensures delivery to correct locations.
Assists Enterprise Engineer in report definitions as required.
Consults on technical aspects of RDM (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
Manager - 4 to 7 years' experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management required
Analyst - 0-4 years of experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management required
Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance
ITIL foundations preferred
2 years' JIRA experience preferred
