Job Description
Qualis Corporation is seeking a Release and Deployment Management (RDM) Manager to be responsible for supporting:
- Scheduling baseline and emergency releases
- Managing deployment to sites
- Providing notifications of upcoming releases
- Providing training documentation for baseline deployments - establish back-out criteria for the ITSM System
- Supports procurement of IT assets when requested.
- Supports the tagging and tracking of all IT assets and supports the location and identification of their owners.
- Receives IT assets, when requested, and ensures delivery to correct locations.
- Assists Enterprise Engineer in report definitions as required.
- Consults on technical aspects of RDM (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Manager - 4 to 7 years' experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management required
- Analyst - 0-4 years of experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, release management required
- Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance
- ITIL foundations preferred
- 2 years' JIRA experience preferred
