We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Richmond office. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance and litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex legal issues. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and provide strategic legal counsel to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in regulatory and litigation matters, including administrative hearings, trials, and appeals. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments. Manage case files and ensure timely and accurate documentation. Participate in client meetings and provide updates on case progress. Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting clients? industries. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Virginia State Bar. At least three years of experience in regulatory and litigation practice. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Preferred Skills: Experience with federal and state regulatory agencies. Background in industries such as food & beverage, hospitality, gaming and retail. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
