Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of [State]
• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in home health care preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
