Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to hospice patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Manage patient medications and treatments
• Monitor patient symptoms and report changes to the physician
• Educate patients and families about hospice care
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Collaborate with other members of the hospice team

Qualifications:

• RN license
• 2+ years of experience in hospice or palliative care
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hospice care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion and dedication to providing high-quality hospice care
