Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Gynecology

JL Consulting Group LLC is seeking multiple skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our clients Med/Surg Gynecology team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures and treatments related to gynecological health. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of practice are met.

• RN - Med/Surg Gynecology @ Swedish First Hill
• Full Time (36 Hour Weeks)
• Night Shift
• 12 Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote recovery and well-being.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg or clinical nursing experience, with a focus on gynecology preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
