Registered Nurse (RN) ?Responsibilities: Participate in the development and implementation of the service plan and initial assessments for clients receiving nursing services to ensure proper placement of staff Regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving Nursing services Assess and chart observation of the patient's condition at each visit Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing process Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
