Registered Nurse

We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Nurses

• Formal education as a Registered Nurse or Health care aide or equivalent experience (RN, LVN, LPN).
• Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
• In-depth understanding of disease processes related to vital sign monitoring (hypertension, heart failure, CKD, asthma/COPD and obesity).
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Clinical experience in inpatient settings is preferred.
• Experience in adult care or pediatrics.

Tasks:

• Focuses in conducting remote physiologic monitoring treatment management services, clinical staff/physician/other qualified health care professional time in a calendar month requiring interactive communication with the patient/caregiver during the month (99457)
• Call patients for verbal assessment and health teaching.
• Manages computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
• Coordinating patient care and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team through electronic medical records
• Monitor vitals and determine whether they are in or out of range.
• Assess vitals and prioritize based on patient needs.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and respect for patient rights in an online environment
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating patient progress and responding to alert cases through remote monitoring tools.
• Answer patient consult calls etc.

• Comply with organizational security and compliance standards, training, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
• Must have an active Compact License
• Must have an active US Nursing License

Pay Rate: $25.00 / HR
