Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a team providing exceptional care in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. As a per-diem RN, you'll play a critical role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients, working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and ensure safety.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure patient comfort
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize care
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state/federal regulations
• Provide clear and timely documentation in EHR systems

Requirements

• Education:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited program
• Licensure:
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care , rehabilitation , or a related field
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in EHR systems , medication administration, and care plan implementation
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication , empathy , and teamwork abilities in fast-paced settings
