Registered Nurse - Jacksonville, FL

The community needs your help! CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses within the Jacksonville, FL area. This role will be responsible for conducting Health Assessments, lab work, and immunization to clients within our facility.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct Health Assessments
• Record patients' medical information accurately
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. as needed
• Provide back-up relief for all staff positions as needed
• Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor

Requirements

• Must have an active RN License in good standing in the state of FL or a compact license
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Full immunization record must be presented before hire, Covid vaccine not included.
• BLS and ACLS certificates
• Bilingual ( Highly Preferred not Required )

Schedule

• Start month range: June/July
• 8am-5pm
• Open Monday through Friday (subject to change)
