We have limited nurse opportunities for skilled nursing facilities in NORTH CAROLINA specifically Raleigh, Charlotte, and Greensboro . This opportunity is open to REGISTERED NURSES (RN)who are hardworking, compassionate, and ready to take the next step in their nursing career.

The RN shall be responsible for the overall delivery of care to adult patients. This position reports to the RN Supervisor/Director of Nursing of the facility and works with the clinical team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The RN assists in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing of the unit's activities.
• Develops and maintains a good working rapport with interdepartmental personnel to meet the needs of residents.
• Assures that department personnel, residents, visitors, etc. follow established policies and procedures, to include safety rules and regulations.
• Checks patients daily to assure that prescribed treatment is being properly administered by nursing personnel.
• Review medication administration record for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physician orders, and adherence to stop order policies.

Requirements

New graduates or graduating students are welcome to apply!

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Current & valid RN license in the State the facility location
• BLS upon hire
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize
• Previous work experience, preferred
• Working knowledge of electronic health records, preferred
