Registered Dental Hygienist

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist for a community health center, or federally qualified health center (FQHC), in Mason City, Iowa.

About the health center:

This community health center is a cornerstone of comprehensive primary care, serving as a critical resource for under-resourced patients. They integrate medical, dental, and behavioral health to ensure ensure all patients receive coordinated, all-encompassing care, under one roof.

Practice in a clinic location in a community that is highly receptive and excited to receive care close to home. New grads are encouraged to apply!

Position Details:

• Your Schedule: 8AM 5PM; Monday - Friday
• Operatories: 8
• Planned Team: 2 dentists, 1 hygienist, 5 dental assistants
• EHR: Epic Wisdom

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene.

Benefits

• Starting salary: $75,000-100,000; amount determined based on experience and education.

• Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $50,000 for two year commitment & option to renew through state and federal programs.

• PTO: 160 hours for full-time salaried employees
