Responsibilities

Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center and/or school settings
Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
Attendance at staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician certification required
Proven 2+ years experience as a Behavioral Technician
Additional ABA certification and licensure from the state of Nevada
Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients when needed
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
Certificate, bachelor's, or associate's degree in behavioral health or related field
