As an RBT at Camen Behavioral Services, you will work directly with individuals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will involve implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and offering support to clients in various settings. You will be an essential part of our team, utilizing your skills to promote positive behavioral changes and improve clients? everyday lives.

What You'll Do
  • Implement behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress.
  • Support clients in navigating daily activities and challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Assist in developing engaging and effective therapeutic activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; preference for candidates with a degree in a related field.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to client welfare.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as a professional in the field of behavioral analysis.
