About the Role:

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our Southern California territory and help us scale across all channels (Retail, Club, Natural, Conventional, and On-Premise) in SoCal. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to be on the front lines of a high-growth, better-for-you beverage brand.

Reporting to our Sales Director, you'll be the face of Caliwater in the fieldmanaging relationships, executing promotions, and unlocking new doors across the region. This is a high-impact role with lots of room to grow as we expand. This role must be located in Los Angeles or Orange County.

What You'll Do

  • Own the SoCal market and hit monthly revenue, volume, and velocity targets
  • Build strong partnerships with buyers, store teams, brokers, and distributor reps
  • Gain new distribution and grow velocity across retail and on-premise accounts
  • Plan and execute promotions, new item launches, and secondary placements
  • Maintain an organized and proactive field schedule to maximize coverage
  • Use sales data and market insights to drive growth and identify opportunities
  • Ensure flawless execution of brand standards at retail and events
  • Represent Caliwater at tastings, demos, trade shows, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights and market feedback
  • Track KPIs and provide monthly reports and field recaps

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in beverages or natural food & beverage
  • Proven track record selling into Retail, Food Service, and On-Premise channels
  • Strong relationships with SoCal distributors and key retail partners a big plus
  • Data-driven and goal-orientedyou love hitting targets and crushing your KPIs
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and relationship builder
  • Comfortable working independently in the field with limited direction
  • Creative, scrappy, and passionate about wellness and innovation
  • Must live in Southern California (ideally LA) with a clean driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 20 lbs and be on your feet for events and store visits
