Regional Sales Director

POSITION: Regional Sales Director ? US East REPORTS TO: Sr.VP, Sales

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director ? US East to join our Sales team! Our Regional Sales Director ? US East will help us develop sales strategies, implement effective sales plans, and provide quality leadership to the brokers and customers keeping the Company goals running smoothly across the Eastern Region of the US.

OPPORTUNITIES You will have the opportunity to sell better-for-you natural, organic products for five unique brands, along with private label! You will work with the team of top-notch Sales, Marketing, and BD professionals and will play an important role in the long-term growth and profitability of Silver Hills. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for different channels to maintain or establish a growing base of repeat and profitable customers for all of the Silver Hills brands! It will be critical to juggle multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment; however, you will enjoy support from our stellar team who believes in teamwork, collaboration, and excellence in everything they do! • You have solid strategic sales and negotiation skills coupled with a strong sales background in the CPG industry
• You have a good understanding of various sales systems and tools

• You have 5 -10 years of relevant experience preferably in the CPG and/or baking industry
• You have 3 -5 years of experience calling on National & large Regional retailers in the grocery, mass and club channels
• You have experience calling on Ahold Delhaize, Publix, Wegmans, Wakefern, Giant Eagle
• You have a Degree in Business or related discipline
• You have experience with various computer applications including MS Office Suite

• MacOS experience
• Sales and revenue forecasting experience

• Provide quality leadership and cultivate relationships for Silver Hills customers, brokers, and distributors
• Manage all selling activities within the region working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and forecast sales revenue goals for the region and execute effective market plans
• Take ownership of the account specific promotional plans and volume forecasts
• Demonstrate strategic selling skills using syndicated data and consumer insights
• Seek, create, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and the overall market
• Manage retail account presentations and retail relationship to ensure satisfactory broker and distributor execution
• Represent all Silver Hills brands at assigned trade shows

• Ability to travel overnight on occasion (50%)
