Regional Flex League Representative

Looking to work with Universal Tennis and grow tennis in your community? Universal Tennis Flex Leagues is a program where we pair local players up for a 5-week league. Players and their opponents are responsible for scheduling the ?when? and ?where,? and post their own scores when the matches are complete. Our team is very passionate about Flex Leagues and we are looking for equally passionate local individuals to bring Flex Leagues to their community. This individual will be a member of the Universal Tennis team and have the opportunity to grow their Flex League and tennis in their community as a whole.

Primary responsibilities involve driving new players to sign up and play in Flex Leagues as well as ongoing communication with existing players to keep them returning for more. Universal Tennis will support you with marketing tools, promotions and ideas for you to drive growth in your area. You'll engage in services, including but not limited to:

• Personal outreach via email, call and text to tennis contacts (i.e. players, friends, coaches, tennis influencers)
• Announcement email introducing yourself as our representative in your market + monthly email/text to members/players/coaches to promote the upcoming sessions
• Inclusion of UT Flex Leagues in your digital channels - ie, newsletters, FB/IG/twitter, etc.
• Hosting meetings with local clubs, facilities, tennis shops and key coaches or independent organizers to promote Flex Leagues and encourage referrals through these relationships.
• Driving in real-life awareness/brand building using on-site flyers, banners, netsigns, etc.
• Distribution of provided UT Flex Leagues collateral/signage and business cards at your facility and other local tennis facilities, shops, etc.

Requirements

• Active/established Tennis player and/or coach while showing passion for growing the game of tennis
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own and complete tasks from ideation to execution to measurement
• An energetic, focused, charismatic, ambitious attitude and willing to do what it takes - the numbers tell a story
• Passion to educate and sell while focused on solutions - you're not easily intimidated
• Digital/social marketing proficiency - twitter, IG, FB, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to convince/sell/recruit and network within tennis
• Ability to document and give feedback from clients to certain UTR team members
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Perfect follow through, extreme ownership, highly responsive
• Professionalism, integrity, honesty and ability to confidently represent UTR
• Preferred undergraduate college degree or appropriate 2+ years of professional experience

Benefits

This position will be a contract based position with a tiered commission structure. Hours are flexible.
