Refinishing Technician

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled Refinishing Technician to join our team. As a Refinishing Technician, you will play a pivotal role in restoring and refinishing various surfaces, including but not limited to floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures. You will use your expertise in refinishing techniques and materials to transform worn and damaged surfaces, bringing them back to their original beauty.

Our services range from roofing and gutters to plumbing and flooring renovations. We pride ourselves on our clear communication, quality repairs, and timely service for homeowners and residents.

• Inspect various surfaces to determine the extent of refinishing required
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning
• Apply appropriate refinishing materials, such as paint, varnish, or stain, to achieve desired results
• Repair any existing damage or imperfections
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General Liability Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in refinishing
• Proficient in refinishing techniques and materials
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Living in the US
