About the RoleAs a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building and managing a personal book of business. You'll cultivate relationships with clients you find and foster, becoming their trusted advisor in talent acquisition. Leveraging the TTI Suite of behavior analytics and our robust selection process, you'll ensure every hire you support is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to build your book of business.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Selection Process Management: Utilize advanced tools, including the TTI Suite, to guide clients through our structured hiring process.
- Revenue Growth: Maintain a return-on-investment mindset to drive success for both clients and the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to deliver insights and solutions that support client goals.
Requirements
