Position overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter at Xpress Wellness and Integrity you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced and dynamic organization. We are looking for a recruiter with experience in the nursing home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
