A strong academic record and prior real estate or corporate transactional law experience required. Experience in negotiating, drafting and closing corporate or real estate transactions. Experience with commercial real estate or corporate finance, including loans, syndications and grants. Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to learn, and a long-term interest in growing with and contributing to the development of the practice. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
