Job Description

We are looking for motivated candidates with at least 5-7 years of transactional experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, finance and lending, and real estate. Strong drafting skills are required. The applicant will be expected to have frequent client contact and will need to possess mature and confident client interaction skills. The candidate should have exceptional oral and written communications skills, be confident working independently, and proactively handle and negotiate transactions. The candidate must exhibit strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and achieve results for the clients.
