AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with approximately 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Real Estate paralegal in the Atlanta office who will provide high-level paralegal support to attorneys in the firm?s Real Estate practice with experience working closely with low-income housing tax credits, affordable housing, and other real estate transactions with financing from entities such as the Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta, the Atlanta Housing Opportunity, Inc., the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and state tax credit agencies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience as a paralegal with heavy emphasis on real estate transactions in a law firm or in the real estate industry.
