The Neuman Team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day execution of our listings from signed agreement to successful sale. This is a fast-paced role that serves as the operational backbone of our listing department. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities

Coordinate all listing preparation to ensure properties are market-ready
Schedule photography, videography, staging, inspections, and vendor services
Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the listing process
Manage sign installation, lockboxes, disclosures, and pre-market activities
Track deadlines and oversee multiple listings simultaneously
Ensure every listing launches on time and according to team standards

Qualifications

Previous real estate experience required
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Weekend availability required
