Hinckley Allen is seeking a land use and environmental attorney to join a dynamic and sophisticated practice in Hartford. The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in one or more of the following areas: preparation and presentation of land use and environmental permit applications to local, state, and federal administrative agencies; ability to work with teams of professional consultants; ability to handle administrative appeals and real estate-related litigation, mainly in Connecticut courts; experience in appellate court process and brief writing. Associates, counsel, and partner candidates are encouraged to apply. Admission to the Connecticut Bar and federal and state courts is required. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, and sophisticated work environment. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a desire to develop practice through creative and innovative marketing initiatives.
