Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of substantive experience handling complex commercial transactions, ideally including real estate transactions, such as: Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements Handling sponsor real estate deals involving debt financing, joint venture structuring, offering documents, and transaction closings Advising on post-acquisition asset management matters, including leasing, property management, and loan modifications Representing both sponsors and institutional or equity investors in a variety of real estate and investment structures Advising family offices on structuring and administering both single- and multi-family entities, including succession planning, governance, and transactional matters such as real estate and capital investment and attendant agreements Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
