Real Estate Development & Investments Midlevel Associate

Winstead PC is seeking a 3 - 5 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate group in Dallas. This attorney will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including joint venture formations, financings, and the acquisition, disposition, and development of mixed-use and other commercial real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate. AmLaw 200 Experience: Familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting. Joint Venture Experience: Preferred, but not required. Construction Loan Experience: Preferred, but not required. Why Winstead?
