Job Description

Winstead PC is seeking a 3 ?7 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate group in Dallas. This position will primarily work on matters associated with the acquisition of real property, development, and borrower-side construction financing. Additionally, the position will also assist on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including joint venture formations, financings, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition of real property, development, and borrower-side construction financing
AmLaw 200 Experience: Familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
Joint Venture Experience: Experience in joint venture transactions is preferred, but not required.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
