Job Description

Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Real Estate Industry Group in the Cincinnati, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters. This position will require the candidate to have familiarity with property due diligence, title and survey review, experience working with title companies, and some experience interpreting local codes and ordinances. No book of business required. We expect the successful candidate to have some experience first-chairing real estate transactions, with a desire to move into a client-facing role in the future.
