Cohen Seglias has an opening for a Business Transaction attorney in our Philadelphia, Wilmington, or Newark offices. Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware or New Jersey, and preferably at least one other jurisdiction. Ideally, candidates will have some level of portable business, but it is not a requirement. Our commercial real estate practice serves as developers? counsel in some of the region's most notable transactions, representing developers and owners in the full life cycle of the asset, including acquisition, financing, structuring joint ventures, construction, leasing, and eventually, disposition. Candidates must have 10 plus years of experience in transaction work, including corporate governance, acquisition and sale of real estate, M&A, and tax. An LLM in tax or experience in commercial litigation is a plus.
