Real Estate Associate

Ballard Spahr LLP, a more than 750 lawyer firm with 18 offices across the U.S., seeks an Associate to join the Real Estate Department in Salt Lake City. Qualified candidates should have 1-3 years of transactional real estate experience in an Am Law 100 firm and strong academic credentials. An active Utah bar license is required. The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and relevant real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and representation of borrowers and lenders in real estate financings); common interest community experience is a plus for consideration.
