Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid large law firm experience practicing real estate finance law, and superb writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of broad transactional real estate experience. Requisite experience: purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements and leasing agreements. Joint venture experience is preferred, as well as borrower side financing and fund experience.
