Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate level attorney with five to seven years' working experience in transactional commercial real estate law. The ideal candidate will have experience representing parties in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development. Applicants must possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
