Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate for our robust and growing Real Estate Practice Group in our Miami office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of broad and sophisticated real estate experience, including, but not limited to, acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing. Experience with borrower-side finance is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.
