Job Description

Protorae Law is seeking to add an attorney to its Real Estate and Land Use practice. Candidates should have in-depth, broad-based experience in advising clients and drafting documents relating to commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business, which should grow with the firm?s investment in marketing. Candidates should have significant experience in the following: (i) drafting and negotiating documents in connection with the disposition, acquisition, development, and finance of commercial real estate, (ii) negotiating and drafting commercial leases whether for landlords or tenants, or (iii) handling other commercial land use and development legal issues. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated motivation. Active Virginia Bar membership is required and being barred in Maryland or the District of Columbia is a plus. This Opportunity is an Excellent Fit for an Attorney Who is: ?
