Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

PurchRock is a fast-growing real estate investment company that specializes in identifying and acquiring underperforming properties and turning them into profitable investments. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing properties for acquisition and working closely with the team to negotiate purchases. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the real estate investment industry and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn PurchRock's proprietary software to maintain consistency and accuracy of pipeline
• Manage the acquisition process from identifying potential deals to negotiating and closing the transaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, and other industry professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions, contracts, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales or real estate experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability and willingness to be coached
• Knowledge of real estate finance and legal contracts
• High School Diploma

Benefits

Compensation: $2k/month for 6 months + Commission

OTE ~ $150k+
