Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring best practices in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript.

Architect and design scalable frontend solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Design, develop, and optimize complex React applications with Redux state management.

Ensure smooth API integration with backend services using RESTful APIs.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Implement UI/UX best practices and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality applications.

Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Provide technical guidance on architectural decisions and code quality.

Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness.

Ensure frontend security best practices, including authentication and authorization.

Must-Have:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with Redux (Thunk, Saga) for state management.

Deep understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.

Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (Material-UI, Tailwind, Styled Components).

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices.

Experience in leading and mentoring frontend teams.
