Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in sustainable engineered materials and thermal solutions, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting product excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Pay Range:

$23-$26/hr based on skill and experience

What's the Job?

Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.

Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and standards to confirm product requirements.

Identify product imperfections and perform minor cosmetic repairs as needed.

Conduct various tests and quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards.

Participate in continuous improvement activities and advocate for safety practices in the inspection areas.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); a 2-year degree is preferred.

Ability to accurately use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.

Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain precise records.
