Job Purpose: As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical and leading role in ensuring world-class standards across our manufacturing processes, directly impacting industries like mining, recycling, and food processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across manufacturing projects and routine production
• Develop, implement and supervise robust inspection and testing processes
• Drive quality improvements using tools like 8D, root cause analysis, and 7 QC tools
• Handle customer inspections, audits, and quality documentation (QAP, reports, etc.)
• Collaborate with suppliers and conduct vendor quality audits
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
• Mentor and guide quality inspectors and technicians

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 5?10 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing setting
• Strong expertise in NDT, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
• Hands-on experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and solve complex quality issues
• Strong English communication and supervisory/managerial skills
