Quality Control Executive FMCG

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and facilities to identify any areas of improvement.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports to present to management regarding quality issues and trends.
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation for quality control processes, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of records.
• Train and mentor production employees on quality standards and practices to promote a culture of quality within the team.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to food safety and quality, ensuring company compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the food production industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
