Quality Assurance Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and ensuring that our products meet all quality standards. You will conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products, analyze data, and help problem-solve quality-related issues. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensuring that Nature's Lab products exceed customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine checks and inspections of raw materials, work in progress and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Document and maintain accurate records of quality assurance processes, testing results, and non-conformance reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Maintain an understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the dietary supplement or food industry.
• Strong foundational understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (cGMP, ISO, FDA regulations).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis software.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
