Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001 are a plus.
