QC Analyst

This role is integral to ensuring the highest quality standards for biotechnology products designed for clinical and commercial human use.

QC Analyst III
Industry: Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities: As a QC Analyst III , you will play a pivotal role in the Quality Control department, conducting essential testing to guarantee product quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing analytical and microbiological testing in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Conducting in-process and release testing, such as pH, conductivity, spectrophotometry, and environmental monitoring
• Preparing and reviewing technical documents and SOPs
• Maintaining lab equipment and ensuring calibration compliance
• Reporting non-conformances and deviations to the QC Supervisor
• Supporting regulatory compliance by accurately documenting findings and assisting in audit readiness

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field preferred
• Experience: 24 years in a Quality Control role within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a cGMP environment
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with analytical testing, environmental monitoring, and cGMP documentation standards
• Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in English for reading and writing technical documents
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot lab equipment and work independently
