Job Purpose:

We are seeking a qualified QA Tester / QA Tester / Coordinator to provide expert testing coordination for our IT projects. This role demands significant experience in managing and developing test scripts, overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, and working within Agile environments. QA Tester / Coordinator will play a key role in collaborating with both business and development teams to ensure software solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in IT testing and coordinating testing efforts, including developing and managing test scripts.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodology in IT projects.
• Over 5 years of experience using issue and project tracking tools .

• Experience with the implementation of online submission or ordering applications , particularly those with payment processing features.
• Proven expertise in managing quality assurance across different types of software testing, such as integration , functional , performance , regression , usability , and accessibility .
• Ability to motivate and lead team members, pushing them to achieve excellent results.
• Competence in converting business requirements , system documentation , and business rules into precise test scripts .
• Skilled at developing and defining comprehensive test strategies to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with system testers to ensure that test scripts are executed timely and at a high level of quality.
• Strong capability to manage defects , prioritizing issues based on their business impact and severity.
• Experience creating detailed reports that clearly summarize testing status , bug/defect tracking , and include resolution timelines .
• Proven ability to develop detailed test plans that define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Experience in managing test script templates and assisting business analysts with related template issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills , capable of establishing positive relationships with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to explain technical details in clear, accessible language to various stakeholders.
• Strong conflict management skills, able to resolve disagreements constructively to minimize negative effects on the team and project.

• Experience with Jira for issue and project tracking.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing development and testing workflows.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365 for reporting and documentation.

• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
• ISTQB Acceptance Testing Certification.
• ISTQB Agile Testing Certification.
• ISTQB Agile Technical Testing Certification.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst Certification.
• ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst Certification.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Management Certification.
• ISTQB Expert Test Management Certification.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as the Testing Coordinator for the e-File and Pay project (Note: Remote work is not available).
• Develop and define comprehensive test plans , test cases , and test data to ensure that developed solutions meet the business requirements and deadlines.
• Establish the testing scope , objectives, and acceptance criteria for testing.
• Identify risks related to testing and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee alignment with user needs.
• Collaborate with testers to assign test scripts and ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and detailed reports on the testing status , including tracking bugs/defects and providing estimated resolution dates.
• Ensure that all testing follows Department , ISP , and team-defined standards and procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as required by the project.
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Management Information Systems (MIS) , or a related technical field.
