Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with specialized experience in Oracle Retail applications, including RMS, RPM, ReSA, and RIB. This position is responsible for driving quality assurance across retail systems by understanding business requirements, designing comprehensive testing strategies, and contributing to automation efforts. You will also be involved in overseeing analytics processes and ensuring the quality and accuracy of data integrations across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of best practices for data science and analytics operations.
• Guide the design and execution of complex data integrations and models using relevant programming languages.
• Act as the technical expert on data engineering practices across the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide knowledge-sharing sessions with internal stakeholders.

Role - QA Engineer for RMSS/RPM/ReSA

• Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective testing strategies and minimize defects in production environments.
• Work hands-on with Oracle Retail modulesRMS (Retail Merchandising System), ReSA (Retail Sales Audit), RPM (Retail Price Management), and RIB (Retail Integration Bus).
• Collaborate with QA teams across various domains (retail, digital, supply chain) to design and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Use strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with the Test Automation team to design and implement automated test scripts, particularly for inventory-related functions.
