Punjabi Language Interpreter

DATAMARK, Inc. is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Punjabi Language Interpreter to join our growing team. This position requires an individual who can provide accurate and culturally appropriate interpretations between Punjabi and English, ensuring seamless communication for our clients and partners. • Interpret spoken communication between Punjabi and English in a variety of settings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards at all times during interactions.
• Adapt interpretations to suit context and audience, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on language nuances and industry-specific terminology.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve interpretation processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Punjabi and English, with exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in interpretation or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to capture and convey messages accurately.
• Cultural competence, with an understanding of the communities served.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Benefits

Working days : 5 days (2 rotational week off)

Job Type : Full-time (Work From Home)

Salary upto : 5.33 LPA

Other allowance : Overtime pay, Mediclaim (Covers the Employee, Parents, Spouse & 2 kids from the first day of employment) & other Incentives based on performance.
